Application Fee Details:-

General Overview of Application Fee: For IBPS RRB CRP XIV Recruitment 2025, the application fee is mandatory for all candidates applying online. Without the payment of this fee, the application will not be considered valid. IBPS has clearly mentioned that the fee is different for various categories of applicants. Candidates must carefully check their category before making the payment.

Application Fee for Officers (Scale I, II, III) – Reserved Category: Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) have to pay an application fee of ₹175 only. This reduced fee is inclusive of GST charges, so no extra amount is added. The concession is provided to encourage participation of candidates from socially and economically disadvantaged categories.

Application Fee for Officers (Scale I, II, III) – General & Others: For General category, OBC, and EWS candidates, the application fee is ₹850. This amount includes GST, making it the total payable fee without any hidden charges. Since these candidates do not fall under reserved categories, they have to pay the full fee as prescribed by IBPS. The payment must be made online within the registration period.

Application Fee for Office Assistants – Reserved Category: For the Office Assistants (Multipurpose) post, candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Disabled Ex-Servicemen (DESM) categories need to pay only ₹175. This amount is considered the same across all reserved categories. The fee concession ensures that more candidates from weaker sections can participate in the recruitment process.

Application Fee for Office Assistants – General & Others: Candidates applying for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) from General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay ₹850. The fee remains the same as Officers Scale I, II, and III posts. Since Office Assistant posts attract a high number of applicants, candidates must ensure their fee payment is completed on time to avoid disqualification.

Mode of Payment of Application Fee: The application fee has to be paid through online mode only. Candidates can use Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Mobile Wallets, or UPI to complete the transaction. IBPS does not accept offline payments like Demand Draft, Cheque, or Cash deposit. Applicants should use secure internet connections to avoid transaction failures. (IBPS RRB Vacancy 2025 Notification Released Apply Today)

Bank Transaction Charges: Candidates should note that the bank transaction charges for online payment will have to be borne by them. Hence, candidates are advised to keep extra balance in their accounts before initiating the payment. (IBPS RRB Vacancy 2025 Notification Released Apply Today)

If the payment fails but the amount is deducted, candidates should wait for a few days for auto-refund by the bank. In such cases, candidates must attempt the payment again to complete their registration. Without fee payment confirmation, the application status will remain incomplete.

E-Receipt Generation after Fee Payment: After completing the payment, an e-receipt will be generated which acts as proof of payment. Candidates must download and save this receipt for future reference. In case the e-receipt is not generated, it means the payment was unsuccessful. Applicants are advised not to press the back or refresh button during online payment to avoid errors. (IBPS RRB Vacancy 2025 Notification Released Apply Today)
